Qualification:
Open for men and women, the total rating of two players should not exceed over 28 (decimal point also counts) of Phoenix Official League Overall Rating (must have played more than 4 Sets and with at least 1 Cricket match record). Participants with less than 4 Sets and without any Cricket match records or non-member of the Phoenix Official League must participate the Asia Darts Association (Hong Kong) evaluation exam and reach Level B or above (Level B will be considered as Rating 15, Level BB = R17, Level BBB = R19, and so on). Players from the 7 invited countries and members of the Hong Kong Dream Team cannot participate.

Registration Notice:
- A maximum of two extra registration forms can be submitted (each player can submit up to 3 registration forms)
- Registration will not be accepted after reaching the maximum capacity of teams
- Players can maximum register up to 3 teams (including their own team)
- All contents on the registration form must be completed, otherwise it will be considered as invalid

Tournament Rules:
Round Robin:
- All teams in the same group must complete all matches.
- Each match is best of 3
- The team with the most wins will enjoy a higher ranking. If teams are tied for any positions on the chart, we will count on the legs won minus leg lost for decision. If the leg difference is the same we will count the result between the both teams. If it is still a dead tie, an extra game of count up will be played to decide the winner.
- Depending on the number of participants and groups, the top 2 or 3 teams from each group will advance to the second round of the tournament.
- Depending on the situation, the second round format will be either round robin or single elimination.
Single Elimination:
- Each match best of 3, the first team to win 2 legs will advance.
Rules:
- All teams and players must arrive at the venue one hour before the official starting time.
- All teams must confirm their line up 5 minutes before the match starts, once submitted you will not be able to change it.
- During the same match, the throwing order of each player cannot be changed.
- Five minutes before the start of the match, all players are subject to follow the instructions of the referee and are not allowed to do any warm-up practice.
- Before the start of each match, the referee will invite the players to the designated machine. Each player can do a 2 rounds of warm-up darts (6 darts).
- When all the players complete the warm-up round, the referee will perform a coin flip to decide which team to go first for diddle of the middle. Each team can send any one player, the player whose dart comes closest to the exact center of the Bull throws first in the game.
- During the match, no players will be allowed to leave the venue without the permission of the referee.
- After the end of each leg, both teams must re-submit their lineup.
Any player who fails to attend at the start of the match will be treated as a forfeit.
- During the match, the player cannot step beyond the throwing dart line.
- Score for each dart shall base on where it sticks on the dart board. If the dart hit but does not stick on the board, machine score will consider as true. If there is any question as to whether the machine is working or scoring properly. STOP IMMEDIATELY. Do not remove the darts and then call for the referee for help.

1st Runner Up: HKD$2,000 + Trophy + Medal
